Refund policy

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or different from what you ordered, or you discover a product fault, email jj@j-squared.io with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos can help us assess the problem.

We will arrange the applicable remedy, including replacement or refund, in accordance with UAE consumer law. Where the issue is our responsibility, necessary return and replacement-delivery costs will be covered by Vuit Seoul.

Please contact us before sending an item back so that we can provide return instructions. For other return requests or an order cancellation, contact the same email address for assistance.

We will confirm the outcome and details of any refund with you. The time for a refund to appear in your account may depend on your payment provider.

Your statutory rights for faulty, damaged, missing or incorrectly supplied goods are not excluded by this policy. These rights also apply to a faulty component of a set. Opening a product does not automatically remove a valid claim relating to a fault.
