1. OPERATOR AND SCOPE

Vuit Seoul is a K-beauty store operated by J Squared L.L.C-FZ, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“Vuit Seoul”, “we”, “us” or “our”). These Terms govern your access to vuitseoul.com and related services. By using the website, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. EMAIL UPDATES

Joining the Vuit Seoul early-access list does not create an order, reservation or contract of sale and does not guarantee any product, price, gift, allocation or opening date. Current product, price, stock, shipping and availability information is shown on the live store. No purchase is required to join the list, and you may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

3. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCEPTABLE USE

You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence to make a purchase. You may use this website only for lawful, personal purposes. You must not interfere with the website, misuse accounts, introduce malicious code, scrape restricted content, infringe intellectual-property rights or use the services fraudulently.

4. PRODUCTS AND INFORMATION

We aim to describe products accurately, but packaging, color and appearance may vary. Product availability and descriptions may change before purchase. Cosmetic and skincare information is general product information and is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always follow the manufacturer’s label and instructions and discontinue use if irritation occurs.

5. ORDERS, PRICES AND PAYMENT

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted only after we confirm acceptance and successfully process payment. We may reject or cancel an order for lawful reasons, including stock, pricing, compliance or payment issues, and will issue any applicable refund. Prices will be shown in AED unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes, shipping charges and other disclosed fees will be shown before checkout.

6. SHIPPING, RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

Shipping times are estimates unless expressly guaranteed. Available delivery areas, charges and expected timing will be displayed before an order is submitted. Returns, refunds and cancellations are governed by the policies published on the store at the time of purchase and applicable UAE consumer law.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Vuit Seoul name, visual identity, website content and original materials are owned by or licensed to J Squared L.L.C-FZ. You may not reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit them without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.

8. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND SHOPIFY

The store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the services. Sales made through the store are between you and Vuit Seoul, not Shopify. The website may also use payment, analytics, email and delivery providers. Their services may be governed by their own terms and privacy notices.

9. PRIVACY

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by the Privacy Policy available on this website. Marketing emails are sent only where permitted, and each marketing email will provide an unsubscribe method.

10. DISCLAIMERS AND LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its information are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable UAE consumer-protection law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applicable in the Emirate of Dubai. The competent courts of Dubai have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights.
